1. General Regulations
Registration is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal data (required fields marked by *). This is done in accordance with the most recent legislation on data protection (GDPR) and solely for the purpose of organizing the event. CMI / PCO Tyrol Congress reserve the right to amend the existing data protection regulations in strict accordance with prevailing legal norms at any time.

1.1. Personal Data
Your voluntarily transmitted personal details (through submission in the online forms respectively sent by your group coordinator) will be collected, saved and processed in accordance with the most recent legislation on data protection (GDPR).
Registration, additional bookings:
Registration to ICAR 2026 is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal data. This is solely for the purpose of organizing and realizing the event. Your data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly involved in running the event and when the organizational process makes it necessary – in accordance with your bookings (chairmen / organizing committee, hotel, transport companies, travel insurance, tourism office, etc.).
1.2. Photos/Films
By registering to attend ICAR 2026 you grant permission to CMI / PCO Tyrol Congress as well as the chairmen / organizing committee to use photos/films taken from you respectively your company presence by our official photographer(team) onsite during the meeting for marketing purposes (event reporting, promotion of follow-up events & self-marketing) until you withdraw your consent. If you do not want to have any photos / films taken of you published, you may contact us any time: privacy@cmi.at
1.3. Links to other websites
Our online forms may contain links to other websites. We require our partners and suppliers to act according to GDPR data protection regulation to ensure the protection of your personal data.
1.4. Your rights
You have the right to withdraw your consent or make use of your rights according to our privacy policy at any time. Please contact us either on privacy@cmi.at or Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH, Data Protection - Rennweg 3, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria to do so.
2. Registration
2.1. Deadlines
Standard Registration Fee until August 17th, 2026 (23:59 CEST)
Late Registration Fee from August 16th, 2026 (00:00 CEST)
The increase of the registration fee is only valid for ICAR-Member and Non-Member fares. Accompanying persons, ICAR-Partner, invited experts and Honorary member are excluded from this regulation.
2.2. Details
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment as well as proof of status if required. If the registration full payment has not been received by the standard registration deadline indicated, the registration fee will automatically be changed and charged to the higher late registration fee. For individuals as well as group registrations, payment must be received within 3 weeks after receipt of the invoice.
Group registrations are possible between 2 and 10 delegates for the first registration period until July 12th (23:59 CEST). After the first registration period, a balance is taken to calculate the availabilities for the late registration period, starting from July 13th. Further details will be published on the official congress website.
2.3. Name change
Name changes to an existing Conference registration or transfer of an existing Conference registration are possible and free of charge until one-week prior congress start (September 29th, 2026).
The delegate must e-mail the registration team (icar2026@cmi.at) and share the details of his/her replacement.
2.4. Confirmation
The registration confirmation along with the payment receipt will be sent by email to delegates upon completion of their registration and once the related full payment has been received. For group registrations, confirmation of payment will be sent to group leaders once the related full payment has been received.
3. Payment
Should participants/group leaders require a specific billing address on the invoice, they are kindly asked to add it during the registration process. Once issued, changes to the invoice address will be charged with a fee of EUR 50,00. Therefore, participants/group leaders are requested to make sure the correct billing address is entered when registering.
3.1. Payment by Credit Card
All payments for individual registrations or group registrations must be settled by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). All fees must be paid in EUR. Should delegates pay in their local currency, an extra fee on the exchange rate will apply.
3.2. Payment by Bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer is only possible until September 6th, 2026 at 23:59 CEST. Bank charges must be borne by the ordering customer.
4. Cancellation policy
4.1. General cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent to the registration team by email. The following cancellation rules and dates apply:
May 25th until August 15th, 2026 (23:59 CEST): Cancellation fee EUR 150,00 per Person
August 16th until September 6th, 2026 (23:59 CEST): Cancellation fee EUR 300,00 per Person
From September 7th, 2026: No cancellations allowed (100% cancellation fee)
No refunds will be made for unattended sessions or early termination of attendance. All refunds will be made within three months after the end of the event. Requests submitted after this period shall not be considered. Refunds will not be processed if a Visa Application has been refused by an Embassy/Consulate Office.
5. General Information
5.1. Personal Data
The participant is entitled to revoke his/her consent to the specific data processing at any time by writing to the congress secretariat: ICAR2026@cmi.at
5.2. Lost badge
Lost badge may be replaced onsite. A handling fee of EUR 50,00 will be charged.
5.3. Modification of the programme
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference programme, which is published as an indication only.
5.4. Data Privacy
The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection. We take your privacy very seriously and in order to comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our Privacy Policy during the process of on-line registration. 5.5. Liability
We carefully select the respective service providers and other companies to be used and ensure the proper forwarding of payments intended for the service provider. However, we cannot assume any liability for the actual provision of the service or its freedom from defects. CMI / PCO Tyrol Congress do not accept any liability for personal injury, loss of or damage to private property, delays or changes in the congress program, whatever the cause. Participation in the congress is at your own risk. Should the congress not be held or be postponed due to events beyond the control of the organizer or due to events that cannot be attributed to intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer, the organizer cannot be held liable by the participants for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as travel, transport or accommodation costs, costs for lost orders, financial losses, etc.
The participant:s are responsible for the costs incurred. Under these circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to either retain the entire registration fee and credit it to a future meeting or to compensate the participant after deducting the costs already incurred for the organization of the meeting. Verbal agreements are not binding unless they have been confirmed in writing by the organizer or CMI / PCO Tyrol Congress. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
